When will my order arrive?


It depends on the shipping company and the delivery manager. We have a network of shipping managers based in major cities, and it usually takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.


Do you ship outside the country?


Currently, the shipping companies we work with only ship within the country and to a few cities specified on the shipping page.


You can request international shipping from the store team via WhatsApp by providing them with information about the product's weight and rates for international freight forwarders not currently listed in the store.


What if the product is defective?


You must read the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In the event of a product defect, if a return has been agreed upon, the company's shipping cost will be calculated, and the freight will be refunded to the customer. The product's value will not be refunded to the customer, according to the return policy.


I would like to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
