Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

• If the product arrives damaged

• If the product arrives defective

• If you receive the wrong item

• If there is a clear issue with the product upon delivery

If your order has one of these problems, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it so we can review your request and assist you.

Return Request Period

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be in its original condition

• The item must not be heavily used or intentionally damaged after delivery

• The issue must be related to the condition of the product or an order mistake

We may ask for photos or proof of the issue before approving the return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• If the customer changes their mind after ordering

• If the product was used in a way that caused damage

• If the issue is reported too late after delivery

• If the customer ordered the wrong item by mistake and the order was delivered correctly

Please make sure to review your order carefully before confirming it.

Refund Process

If your return request is approved, the refund process will be handled after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds may be offered in the appropriate way depending on the case.

Exchange Process

If the issue is confirmed and an exchange is approved, we will arrange to send a replacement product as quickly as possible, depending on product availability.
